ପିଏମଇଣ୍ଡିଆ
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଓଡିଶା ଗସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ । ତାଳଚେରଠାରେ ସେ ଫଳକ ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ ପୂର୍ବକ ତାଳଚେର ସାର କାରଖାନାର ପୁନରୁଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ନିଜର ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟ ରଖି ସେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସାର କାରଖାନାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବା ନେଇ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଆମେ ସେହି ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ପୂରଣ କରୁଛୁ ଯାହାକି ବହୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପୂରଣ ହେବା ଉଚିତ ଥିଲା ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଲେ ଯେ ଭାରତକୁ ପ୍ରଗତିର ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚତର ସୋପାନକୁ ନେଇଯିବା ହେଉଛି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ଯେ ଭାରତର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଏଠାକାର କାରଖାନା ଭଳି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ । ପୁନଶ୍ଚି ସେ କହିଲେ ଯେ ଏହି କାରଖାନାରେ ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ଜ୍ଞାନକୌଶଳର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯିବ ।
ଝାରସୁଗୁଡାରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରର ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା-ରାୟପୁର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଉଡାଣକୁ ପତାକା ଦେଖାଇ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗର୍ଜନବାହାଲ କୋଇଲା ଖଣି ଏବଂ ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା-ବରପାଲି-ସରଡେଗା ରେଳ ଲିଙ୍କକୁ ଦେଶ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଫଳକ ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ ପୂର୍ବକ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦୁଲୁଙ୍ଗା କୋଇଲା ଖଣିରୁ କୋଇଲା ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଏବଂ ପରିବହନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟ ରଖି ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏକ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ତଥା ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା ଆସିଥିବାରୁ ସେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ । ଏହି ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଓଡିଶାର ଜନ ସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ଅନେକ ଲାଭ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବ ବୋଲି ସେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଭାରତରେ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଦ୍ରୂତଗତିରେ ରୂପାନ୍ତରିତ ହେଉଛି ଏବଂ ଏହା 125 କୋଟି ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପାଇଁ ଶୁଭ ସୂଚନା ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ଯେ ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ଓଡିଶାର ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛି । ସେ କହିଲେ ଯେ ବହୁମୂଖି ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ହେଉଛି ସଂଯୋଗ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା । ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ସଂଯୋଗ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଅନେକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ ।
