“The dynamism and can-do attitude of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government is inspiring. He set a seemingly unachievable target in Ease of Doing Business 4 years ago, and now they have come very close to achieving it. The effect of some transformative reforms by the government such as GST and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is yet to percolate completely in to the rankings so I can see a momentum being built on these reforms. I am extremely hopeful that we will see not just small steps but we will also see the same momentum to continue with the right steps and the right guidance by the Prime Minister.”
