I think the real credit for what’s happening today belongs to Mr. Modi. Earlier, fast-track projects in India would take years and years to execute and complete. But today, with a fast-track project, a contract is executed within a few months and construction is completed within two years. The difference is tangible on the ground. This is how it should be.”
