The Union Budget is coming at a time when there is global turmoil and India, amidst this global turmoil, is an oasis of calm. This is Nirmala Sitharaman's ninth consecutive budget, and under the leadership and guidance of the Prime Minister, it is the 13th consecutive budget. This in itself is a very significant development... So, all in all, this is a very positive, purposeful and far-sighted budget. This is a very mature budget.
