In this spirit, I congratulate Finance Minister Smt. @nsitharaman, for presenting a budget that seeks to “transform aspiration into achievement” and “potential into performance”. This “Yuva Shakti–driven Budget” will further strengthen PM Modi’s vision of an Aatmanirbhar and Viksit Bharat.
