प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार और 29 राज्य सरकारें ‘टीम इंडिया’ के 30 स्तंभ हैं, जो भारत को उच्च शिखर पर ले जाएंगे। बर्नपुर में 2.5 मीट्रिक टन के आईआईएससीओ (इस्को) इस्पात संयंत्र को राष्ट्र को समर्पित करने के बाद, एक व्यापक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने एनआईटीआई आयोग की स्थापना और 14वें वित्त आयोग की सिफारिशों की स्वीकृति के माध्यम से राज्यों को अतिरिक्त राजस्व के हस्तांरण सहित हाल के महीनों में सहयोगी संघवाद के विभिन्न उदाहरणों का उल्लेख किया।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, “कोई इसको कहें, कोई उसको कहे”, लेकिन आज का अवसर तो हम सबको गौरवान्वित करने वाला है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच दशकों पुराने भूमि सीमा मुद्दे का ‘टीम इंडिया’ की सहज भावना से सफलतापूर्वक समाधान निकाल लिया गया है, क्योंकि सभी राज्य सरकारें और राजनीतिक दल इस मुद्दे के समाधान के लिए एक साथ आ गए थे।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि यह समय भारत के आर्थिक और सामाजिक असंतुलन के साथ भौगोलिक असंतुलन के मुद्दे को हल करने का भी है। उन्होंने कहा कि पश्चिमी भारत के विकास के साथ-साथ पूर्वी भारत का भी त्वरित विकास होना चाहिए और इसके लिए बंगाल का विकास आवश्यक है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि खनिज समृद्ध जिलों में गरीबों के कल्याण और प्रगति में तेजी लाने के लिए “जिला खनिज प्रतिष्ठानों” का गठन किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि एक वर्ष के भीतर उदासी का माहौल बदल चुका है और अब अंतर्राष्ट्रीय रेटिंग एजेंसियां भारत को दुनिया की सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में से एक मानने पर सहमत हैं।
