प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कल केवडिया में डीजीपी/ आईजीपी सम्मेलन में राष्ट्रीय अखण्डता के लिए वार्षिक सरदार पटेल पुरस्कार की घोषणा की। यह पुरस्कार राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण को और बढ़ाने की दिशा में असाधारण प्रयासों के लिए दिया जाएगा।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा “सरदार पटेल ने भारत को एकजुट करने के लिए अपना जीवन समर्पित कर दिया। राष्ट्रीय अखण्डता के लिए सरदार पटेल पुरस्कार उनके लिए एक उचित श्रद्धांजलि होगी और यह अधिक से अधिक लोगों को भारत की एकता और राष्ट्रीय अखण्डता को बढ़ाने की दिशा में काम करने के लिए प्रेरित करेगा।”
Yesterday, at the DGPs/IGPs Conference in Kevadia, announced an annual Sardar Patel Award for National Integration. This award would be given for outstanding efforts to further national integration.
