ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଶାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥିରତା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ଏବଂ ନୌଚାଳନା ଏବଂ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟର ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ନିରନ୍ତର ପ୍ରୟାସର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତାକୁ ଦୋହରାଇଛନ୍ତି।
