ପିଏମଇଣ୍ଡିଆ
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଏକ ପୁସ୍ତକ – “Judicial Reforms – Recent Global Trends” ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାର ପ୍ରଥମ କପିକୁ ସେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଣବ ମୁଖାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି, ଟେକ୍ନୋଲଜି ତଥା ନୂତନ ଓ ଆନ୍ତଃନିର୍ଭରଶୀଳ ବୈଶ୍ୱିକ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସହିତ ତାଳ ଦେଇ ଭାରତକୁ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଭାରତକୁ ଏକ ବଡ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ଆସିଛି । ଏହା ହାସଲ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ହେଲେ ନୂତନ ନୀତିନିୟମ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ପୂର୍ବକ ଆମକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଘଟୁଥିବା ଦ୍ରୁତତମ ବିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ସହ ତାଳ ଦେଇ ଗତି କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ସେ ଅତି ପୂରାତନ ଏବଂ ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ ନିୟମକାନୁନଗୁଡିକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଦିନ ଗୋଟିଏ କରି ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ସେହି ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପର ଅଂଶସ୍ୱରୂପ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରାୟ 1200ଟି ଆଇନକୁ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରିସାରିଲେଣି । ଏକ ଉତ୍ତମ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଦେଶରେ ବିଚାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ବୋଝକୁ ଲାଘବ କରିପାରିବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।
