ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥାପନା ଦିବସରେ ମଣିପୁରବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ।
“ବିପୁଳ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ପରିଶ୍ରମୀ ରାଜ୍ୟବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ମଣିପୁର ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଲାଭ କରିଛି । ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ପାଇଥିବା ସ୍ନେହକୁ ମୁଁ କେବେ’ବି ଭୁଲିପାରିବି ନାହିଁ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥାପନା ଦିବସରେ ମଣିପୁରର ଭାଇ ଓ ଭଉଣୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ତାର ବିକାଶର ନୂତନ ଶିଖର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଜାରି ରଖିବା ଲାଗି ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଛି,” ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।
