ਪੀਐੱਮਇੰਡੀਆ
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 12 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਬਦਲਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਬਦਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ਼ਰੀਬਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅੰਤੋਦਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਇਹੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਲਾਭ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਬਕਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਜੋ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਣਗੌਲੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਨ ਧਨ ਖ਼ਾਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਲਾਭ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਵੱਛ ਭਾਰਤ, ਪੀਐੱਮ ਆਵਾਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ, ਜਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ, ਆਯੁਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ-ਇੱਕ ਮੰਤਵ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ – ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਾਣ-ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ‘ਤੇ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਨੇ ਗ਼ਰੀਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਪੱਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡੀਬੀਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮਜ਼ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਗੜਬੜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮੀ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕੁਸ਼ਲਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ‘ਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗ਼ਰੀਬ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲ ਹੁਣ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਐੱਕਸ ‘ਤੇ ਕਈ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ:
“ਪਿਛਲੇ 12 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦੇਖੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਬਦਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ਼ਰੀਬਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅੰਤੋਦਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਯਤਨ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਲਾਭ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਜੋ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਣਗੌਲੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਨ ਧਨ ਖ਼ਾਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਲਾਭ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਵੱਛ ਭਾਰਤ, ਪੀਐੱਮ ਆਵਾਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ, ਜਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ, ਆਯੁਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਈ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ-ਇੱਕ ਮੰਤਵ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ – ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਾਣ-ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ।
