ನಮ್ಮ ದ್ವಿಪಕ್ಷೀಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳ ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಯಸುಹಿರೋ ನಕಸನೆ ಅವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದುದು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಮಕಾಲೀನ ಭಾರತ ಜಪಾನ್ ಸ್ನೇಹದ ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪಿ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ” ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
