ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਾਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਆਤੰਕ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ । ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ “ਅਸੀਂ ਕਾਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ । ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ । ਭਾਰਤ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਤੰਕਵਾਦ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜਾ ਹੈ । ਆਤੰਕਵਾਦ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ”,
