ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਵੀਅਤਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਦਿਵਸ ‘ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਵੀਅਤਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਦਿਵਸ ‘ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ। ਵੀਅਤਨਾਮ ਇੱਕ ਦੋਸਤਾਨਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਪਣੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਦਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ”
