ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ. ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಈತ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾದ ಸಾವು ನೋವಿಗೆ ಸಂತಾಪ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟವರ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಬಂಧುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ತಲಾ 2 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡವರಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 50 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನೂ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
“ಯು.ಪಿ.ಯ ಈತ್ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಪಾತ್ರರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಸಂವೇದನೆ ಇದೆ, ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡವರು ಶೀಘ್ರ ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಲೆಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ”, ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
