ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਰੂਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੂਟਨੀਤਕ ਯਤਨ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਰਸਤਾ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਤਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਿਸੀ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਐੱਕਸ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ:
“ਰੂਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਚਿੰਤਤ ਹਾਂ । ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੂਟਨੀਤਕ ਯਤਨ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਰਸਤਾ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਤਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
