மாண்புமிகு தலைவர் அவர்களே, எனது உரையை தொடங்குவதற்கு முன்பு லதா தீதிக்கு நான் மரியாதை செலுத்த விரும்புகிறேன். அவரது இசை மூலம் நமது நாட்டை அவர் ஒருகிணைத்தார்.
தற்போதைய நிலவரத்திற்கு ஏற்ப புதிய தீர்மானங்களையும், நாட்டின் கட்டமைப்பு குறித்த இலக்கை மறு அர்ப்பணிப்பு செய்ய வேண்டியது அவசியமாகும். வரும் ஆண்டுகளில் இந்தியா எவ்வாறு உலகிற்கு தலைமை வகிக்கப்போகிறது என்பது பற்றி சிந்திப்பதற்கான சரியான நேரம் விடுதலையின் அமிர்தப் பெருவிழா. இந்தியா இந்த வாய்ப்பை இழந்து விடக்கூடாத திருப்புமுனை இது.
ஏழைகள் மற்றும் ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட பிரிவினருக்கு புதிய வசதிகள் அளித்து அவர்களது அந்தஸ்தில் மாற்றம் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. முன்பு சமையல் எரிவாயு இணைப்பு வைத்திருப்பது அந்தஸ்தின் அடையாளமாக இருந்தது. இப்போது பரம ஏழைகளும் அதைப் பெற முடிந்துள்ளது. இதனால் அவர்கள் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்துள்ளனர். ஏழைகள் வங்கிக் கணக்குகள் மூலம் வங்கிகளை அணுக முடிந்துள்ளது. இவை எல்லாம் மிகப்பெரிய மாற்றங்களாகும். வீடுகளுக்கு மின்சாரம் கிடைத்ததன் மூலம் ஏழைகள் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்துள்ளனர். இலவச எரிவாயு இணைப்பால் புகையற்ற சமையலறைகளை அவர்கள் பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
ஜனநாயகம் முறையாக இயங்குவது மிகவும் அவசியமாகும். பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக இந்தியாவில் ஜனநாயக பாரம்பரியம் பின்பற்றப்பட்டு வந்துள்ளது. நாங்கள் ஜனநாயகத்தை உறுதியாக நம்புகிறோம். விமர்சனம் ஜனநாயகத்திற்கு அவசியமான ஒரு அம்சம் என்றும் நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம். ஆனால் எல்லாவற்றையும் கண்மூடித்தனமாக எதிர்ப்பது முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு உதவாது.
பெருந்தொற்றைக் கூட சிலர் அரசியல் ஆதாயத்திற்கு எதிர்கட்சிகள் பயன்படுத்தியதை காண முடிந்தது. பெருந்தொற்றின் போது மக்கள் வெளியேற வரக்கூடாது என்று விதிமுறைகள் இருந்த போது மும்பையிலும், தில்லியிலும் மக்களை அச்சுறுத்தி அவர்கள் சொந்த மாநிலமான உத்தரப்பிரதேசத்தையும், பீகாரையும் நோக்கி செல்ல வைத்தனர்.ஷ
உள்ளூர் உற்பத்திக்கு குரல் கொடுக்குமாறு நாம் பேசுவது மகாத்மா காந்தியின் கனவுகளை நிறைவேற்றுவதாக இருக்காதா? பின்னர் எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் ஏன் குறை கூறுகின்றன?. நாங்கள் யோகா மற்றும் ஃபிட் இந்தியா பற்றி பேசினால் அதையும் எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் கேலி பேசுகின்றன.
எல்லா பிரச்சனைகளுக்கும் அரசு மட்டுமே தீர்வு காண முடியும் என நாங்கள் நம்பவில்லை. நாங்கள் நாட்டு மக்களையும், இளைஞர்களையும் நம்புகிறோம். இளைஞர்களையும், செல்வத்தை உருவாக்குபவர்களையும், தொழில் முனைவோரையும் அச்சுறுத்தும் அணுகுமுறையை ஏற்க முடியாது. ஸ்டார்ட்அப்-கள் எண்ணிக்கையில் இந்தியா 3-வது இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது.
நாடு எங்களுக்கு வெறும் அதிகார அமைப்போ அல்லது அரசோ இல்லை. அது ஒரு வாழும் ஆன்மா. தமிழக மக்கள் முப்படைத் தளபதி ஜென்ரல் பிபின் ராவத்துக்கு மரியாதை செலுத்திய விதம் முழுமையான இந்தியாவின் தேசிய உணர்வுக்கு உதாரணம் ஆகும்.
