ஒதுக்கப்பட்டோருக்கு குரல் கொடுத்து, அவர்களின் அவதிகளை முடிவுக் கொண்டு வருவதிலும் முன்னோடியாக திகழ்ந்தார். அவரின் பிறந்த நாள் அன்று நான் அவருக்கு தலை வணங்குகிறேன்.
கல்வி முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கும் மகாத்மா பூலேவின் கொள்கைகளின்படி நாம் அனைவரும் ஒன்றாக செயல்பட்டு நல்லிணக்கமான சமத்துவ சமூகத்தை உருவாக்குவோம் என்று பிரதமர் கூறியுள்ளார்.
