ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ ఎస్ సి ఒ శిఖరాగ్ర సమావేశానికి హాజరు కావడానికి ఉజ్ బెకిస్తాన్ కు పయనమయ్యే ముందు చేసిన ప్రకటన పూర్తి పాఠం ఈ కింది విధంగా ఉంది:
“ఎస్ సి ఒ శిఖరాగ్ర సమావేశానికి హాజరయ్యేందుకు, ఎస్ సి ఒ దేశాల నాయకులతో సంభాషించేందుకు నేను ఉజ్ బెకిస్తాన్ కు పయనమవుతున్నాను.
ఎస్ సి ఒ లో సభ్యురాలు అయినందుకు భారతదేశం సంతోషిస్తోంది. ఎస్ సి ఒ ద్వారా ఫలప్రదమైన ఫలితాల కోసం, మరీ ముఖ్యంగా ఆర్థిక సహకార రంగంలో మంచి ఫలితాల కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్నది.
మధ్య ఆసియాతో సంబంధాలకు భారతదేశం విశేష ప్రాముఖ్యాన్ని ఇస్తోంది. ఈ ప్రాంతంతో ఆర్థిక సంబంధాలతో పాటు ప్రజలకు- ప్రజలకు మధ్య సంబంధాలను కూడా ఎల్లప్పటికీ విస్తరించుకోవాలని ఆశిస్తోంది.”
