પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ રાજ્યસભામાં બંધારણ (એકસો ચોવીસમા સુધારા)નું બિલ પાસ થવાની પ્રશંસા કરી હતી.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું હતું કે, “રાજ્યસભાએ બંધારણ (એકસો ચોવીસમો સુધારો) બિલ, 2019 પસાર કર્યું એની ખુશી છે. બિલને આ પ્રકારનું સમર્થન મળતું જોઈને આનંદ થયો છે. ગૃહ જીવંત ચર્ચાનું સાક્ષી બન્યું, જેમાં કેટલાંક સભ્યોએ વિચારપૂર્ણ અભિપ્રાયો વ્યક્ત કર્યા હતાં.
બંધારણ (એકસો ચોવીસમો સુધારો) બિલ, 2019 સંસદનાં બંને ગૃહમાં પસાર થઈ ગયું છે, જે સામાજિક ન્યાયનો વિજય છે. આ આપણી યુવાશક્તિ માટે વિસ્તૃત મંચ સુનિશ્ચિત કરે છે, જે ભારતનાં પરિવર્તન માટે યોગદાન આપશે.
બંધારણ (એકસો ચોવીસમો સુધારો) બિલ, 2019 પસાર કરીને અમે આપણાં બંધારણનાં ઘડવૈયાઓ અને સ્વતંત્રતા સેનાનીઓને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ આપી છે, જેમણે ભારતને મજબૂત અને સર્વસમાવેશક બનાવવાનું સ્વપ્ન જોયું હતું.”
