ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರು, ಸಹಾನಿ ಅವರ ಹಲವು ಸ್ವಾರಸ್ಯಕರ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೈತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರು, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕಪ್ಪು ಹಣವನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಭಾಗ ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು. ನಾವು ದೇಶದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತಿಸಬೇಕು, ಮತ್ತು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಬಾರದು ಎಂದರು.
