ക്യാപ്റ്റന് ജയ് നാരായണ് പ്രസാദ് നിഷാദിന്റെ നിര്യാണത്തില് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി അനുശോചനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
