സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ് ഇന്ത്യ സംരംഭം ന്യൂഡെല്ഹിയില് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ.നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.
ഇന്നു വൈകിട്ടു നടന്ന ഉദ്ഘാടനച്ചടങ്ങിനെത്തുടര്ന്ന് സംരംഭകത്വത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ വശങ്ങള് ചര്ച്ചചെയ്യുന്ന ഏകദിന ശില്പശാല നടന്നു.
ഒരു സാങ്കല്പിക പ്രദര്ശനം സന്ദര്ശിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പ് സംരംഭകരുമായി ആശയവിനിമയം നടത്തി.
പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പ്രസംഗിക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പായി പത്തു ശ്രദ്ധേയരായ സംരംഭകര് അവരുടെ ചിന്തകളും അനുഭവങ്ങളും പങ്കുവെച്ചു.
ഓഗസ്റ്റ 15നു താന് സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ് ഇന്ത്യ സംരംഭം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചപ്പോള് ഫലത്തില് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാതെ പോയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഇപ്പോള് ജനങ്ങള് പദ്ധതിയെ ഉള്ക്കൊണ്ടുകഴിഞ്ഞുവെന്നു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
ജനങ്ങള് നേരിടുന്ന ഒരു പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിക്കാനുള്ള ഊര്ജമുള്ളതോ ആശയമുള്ളതോ ആയ വ്യക്തികളാണു വിജയകരമായ സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പുകള്ക്കു തുടക്കമിടുകയെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
പണമുണ്ടാക്കുക എന്നതാകരുത് പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യമെന്നും അത് ഉപലക്ഷ്യമേ ആകാവൂ എന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
മറ്റുള്ളവരോടുള്ള ആര്ദ്രതയാണു സംരംഭങ്ങളെ പൊതുവേ മുന്നോട്ടു നയിക്കുന്നതെന്നും ശ്രി.നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു.
ഇന്ത്യയിലെ യുവാക്കളെ തൊഴില് തേടുന്നവരില് നിന്ന് തൊഴില് നല്കുന്നവരിലേക്കു മാറ്റിയെടുക്കണമെന്നാണ് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
ഒരു സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ്പിനു കേവലം അഞ്ചു പേര്ക്കു തൊഴില് നല്കാന് സാധിക്കുമെങ്കില് അതു മഹത്തായ രാഷ്ട്രസേവനമാണെന്നു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
കൃഷിനാശം, സൈബര് സുരക്ഷ തുടങ്ങി യുവസംരംഭകര് ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കേണ്ട ചില മേഖലകള് ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി എടുത്തുപറഞ്ഞു.
സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ് കര്മപദ്ധതിയിലെ പ്രധാന കാര്യങ്ങള് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയ അദ്ദേഹം സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ്പുകള്ക്കു സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നല്കുന്നതിനായി പതിനായിരം കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഫണ്ട് സ്വരൂപിക്കുമെന്നു ഉറപ്പുനല്കി.
സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ്പുകള് പ്രവര്ത്തനം തുടങ്ങി ആദ്യത്തെ മൂന്നു വര്ഷം ആദായനികുതി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതില്ലെന്നു ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ മോദി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട് അപ്പുകള്ക്കായി ലളിതമായ എക്സിറ്റ് പോളിസി രൂപീകരിക്കാന് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ശ്രമിച്ചുവരികയാണ്.
സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ്പുകളുടെ പേറ്റന്റ് അപേക്ഷകളില് ദ്രുതഗതിയില് തീരുമാനമെടുക്കാനുള്ള സംവിധാമൊരുക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും ഗവണ്മെന്റ് പഠിച്ചുവരികയാണ്.
സ്റ്റാര്ട്ട്-അപ് ബിസിന്സ്സുകള്ക്ക് പേറ്റന്റിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാന് ഫീസില് 80 ശതമാനം ഇളവ് അദ്ദേഹം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
ഒമ്പതു തൊഴില്നിയമങ്ങള്ക്കും പരിസ്ഥിതിനിയമത്തിനുമായി സംരംഭകര് സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നിയന്ത്രണസംവിധാനം രൂപീകരിക്കുമെന്നു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
കണ്ടുപിടിത്തങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഊര്ജം പകരാനായി അടല് ഇന്നൊവേഷന് മിഷനു തുടക്കമിടുമെന്നും ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
