पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी केंद्रीय रेल्वेमंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव यांचा लेख सामायिक केला आहे. या लेखात भारतीय रेल्वेक्षेत्र,सध्या आमूलाग्र बदलाच्या परिवर्तनाच्या स्थितीतून जात असून सातत्यपूर्ण सुधारणा आणि तंत्रज्ञानाच्या सहाय्याने नवनवे विक्रम स्थापन करत असल्याचे अधोरेखित केले आहे.

पंतप्रधान कार्यालयाने एक्सवर म्हटले आहे की,

“भारतीय रेल्वेक्षेत्र सध्या आमूलाग्र परिवर्तनातून जात आहे, त्याचे सुपरिणाम आपल्या समोर आज दिसतही आहेत. केंद्रीय मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव यांनी लिहिलेल्या या लेखात या क्षेत्रात सातत्यपूर्ण सुधारणा आणि तंत्रज्ञानाच्या वापराने निर्माण होत असलेल्या नवनव्या विक्रमांचा आढावा घेण्यात आला आहे.”
