இலங்கையில் நிகழ்ந்த பயங்கர குண்டுவெடிப்புகளுக்கு பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி கடும் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
“இலங்கையில் நடைபெற்ற கொடூர குண்டுவெடிப்புகளை நான் வன்மையாக கண்டிக்கிறேன். நமது பிராந்தியத்தில் இப்படிப்பட்ட காட்டுமிராண்டித்தனத்திற்கு எந்த இடமும் இல்லை. இலங்கை மக்களுக்கு இந்தியா ஆதரவாக உடன் நிற்கும். இறந்தவர்கள் குடும்பத்தினருக்கு எனது இரங்கல்கள். காயமடைந்தவர்கள் விரையில் குணமடைய எனது பிரார்த்தனைகள்”, என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

ශ්රී ලංකාවේ සිදුවූ කුරිරු ත්රස්තවාදී ප්රහාරයන් ඉන්දියාව තරයේ හෙළා දකියි. ඉන්දියාව මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී ශ්රී ලංකා රජය සහ ජනතාව සමඟ සිටියි. ත්රස්තවාදයට එරෙහිව සටන් කළ යුතු බවත් ප්රහාරය සඳහා වගකිව යුත්තන් නීතිය හමුවට ගෙන ආ යුතු බවත් ඉන්දියාව අවධාරණය කර සිටියි.
