సిపిఐ ప్రముఖుడు శ్రీ గురుదాస్ దాస్ గుప్త కన్నుమూత పట్ల ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ సంతాపాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
‘‘శ్రీ గురుదాస్ దాస్ గుప్త గారు అత్యంత నిబద్ధత కలిగిన వారి లో ఒకరు; సిద్ధాంతాల ను గొప్ప వాక్పటిమ తో ప్రతిపాదించే వారు. పార్లమెంట్ లో ఆయన తన అభిప్రాయాల ను బలం గా వినిపించే వారు. ఆయన చెప్పే మాటల ను రాజకీయాల కు అతీతం గా అంతా శ్రద్ధ తో ఆలకించే వారు. ఆయన కన్నుమూత తో దుఃఖిస్తున్నాను. ఆయన ఆత్మ కు శాంతి లభించుగాక’’ అని ప్రధాన మంత్రి ఒక సందేశం లో పేర్కొన్నారు.
Shri Gurudas Dasgupta Ji was one of the most committed and articulate proponents of his ideology. He was a strong voice in Parliament, whose interventions were keenly heard across the political spectrum. Saddened by his passing away. May his soul rest in peace.
