ജമ്മു കാശ്മീരിലെ റാംബന് ജില്ലയില് അമര്നാഥ് തീര്ത്ഥാടകരുമായി സഞ്ചരിച്ച ബസ്സ് കൊക്കയിലേയ്ക്ക് മറിഞ്ഞ് നിരവധി പേര് മരിക്കാന് ഇടയായ സംഭവത്തില് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ദുഖം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
‘ജമ്മു കാശ്മീരില് ബസ്സപകടത്തില് അമര്നാഥ് യാത്രികരുടെ ജീവ ഹാനിയില് അതിയായി വേദനിക്കുന്നു. എന്റെ ചിന്തകള് മരണമടഞ്ഞവരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങളോടൊപ്പമാണ്.
ബസ്സപകടത്തില് പരിക്കേറ്റവര് എത്രയും വേഗം സുഖം പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെയെന്ന് ഞാന് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്നു, ‘ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
അപകടത്തില് മരണമടഞ്ഞവരുടെ ആശ്രിതര്ക്ക് 2 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും, ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റവര്ക്ക് 50,000 രൂപയും വീതം പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആശ്വാസ ധനമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
