പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്രമോദി ഹിന്ദുസ്ഥാന് ടൈംസ് നേതൃത്വ ഉച്ചകോടിയെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തു.
ഇന്നത്തെ ആഗോള പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ സ്ഥിതിയെന്താണെന്നു വിലയിരുത്തപ്പെടണമെന്നും ഏതാനും വര്ഷങ്ങള്ക്ക് മുമ്പ് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥാനം എവിടെയായിരുന്നുവെന്നത് ഇവിടെ പ്രസക്തമാണെന്നും ശോഭനമായ ഒരു ഭാവിയിലേക്കുളള ഇന്ത്യയുടെ കുതിപ്പ് വിശദീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
സാമ്പത്തിക പരിഷ്ക്കരണങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുളള വീക്ഷണം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി, മൊത്തം ആഭ്യന്തര ഉല്പാദന വളര്ച്ചാനിരക്ക് 7.4% ആയതും വ്യാപാരം നടത്തുന്നതിനുളള സ്ഥിതി മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടതും ഉള്പ്പെടെ സമീപകാലത്തുണ്ടായ ചില വന്സാമ്പത്തിക വിജയങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും പരാമര്ശിച്ചു. കേന്ദ്രസര്ക്കാരും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളും സഹകരിച്ചു പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടുമാത്രമേ വ്യാപാരം നടത്തുന്നതിനുളള സാഹചര്യം മെച്ചപ്പെടുകയുളളുവെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. 14ാം ധനകാര്യകമ്മിഷന് ശുപാര്ശകള് പ്രകാരം സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്ക്ക് അധിക സാമ്പത്തികസഹായം നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
എല്.ഇ.ഡി. ലൈറ്റ് വിതരണ പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെയും എല്.പി.ജി. സബ്സിഡി നേരിട്ടു വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലൂടെയും ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് കോടി രൂപ ലാഭിക്കുന്നത് എങ്ങനെയെന്നു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
വേപ്പില് പൊതിഞ്ഞ് നല്കുകവഴി കാര്ഷികാവശ്യത്തിനുളള യൂറിയ വകമാറ്റി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് തടയാന് കഴിയുമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
റെയില് മേഖലയില് ബീഹാറില് രണ്ട് ലോക്കോമോട്ടീവ് നിര്മ്മാണ യൂണിറ്റുകള് നിര്മ്മിക്കുന്നതിനായി അടുത്തിടെ നേരിട്ടുളള വിദേശനിക്ഷേപം അനുവദിച്ച കാര്യവും അദ്ദേഹം പരാമര്ശിച്ചു.
വൈദ്യുതിയെത്താത്ത 18000 ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില് വൈദ്യുതി എത്തിക്കാനുളള ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ബൃഹദ്വൈദ്യുതീകരണ പദ്ധതിയെക്കുറിച്ചും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സംസാരിച്ചു.
ഇതിന്റെ പുരോഗതി ഗ്രാമീണ് വൈദ്യുതീകരണ് ആപ്പിലൂടെ ആര്ക്കുവേണമെങ്കിലും നേരിട്ട് നോക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
