ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਖ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਲੇਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਲਿਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਪੱਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉੱਚ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ, ਜਲਵਾਯੂ-ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਖੇਤੀ, ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਮੰਡੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਐੱਕਸ ’ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੋਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ:
“ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਲਿਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਪੱਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਹ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵ ’ਤੇ ਚਾਨਣਾ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚ-ਮੁੱਲ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ, ਜਲਵਾਯੂ- ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ, ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਮੰਡੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ’ਤੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
