சத்திஸ்கர் மாநிலம் நயா ராய்ப்பூரில் நடைபெற்ற தேசிய இளைஞர் விழாவில் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி அவர்கள், ரேஸ் கோர்ஸ் சாலையிலிருந்து காணொலி காட்சி மூலம் உரையாற்றினார்.
சுவாமி விவேகானந்தரின் பிறந்த தினமான இன்று, விவேகானந்தரை நினைவு கூர்ந்த பிரதமர், விவேகானந்தர் அனைத்து இளைஞர்களுக்கும் உத்வேகமாக இருந்ததோடு, குறுகிய காலத்தில் பல்வேறு சாதனைகளை புரிய முடியும் என்பதற்கு உதாரணமாக இருந்ததாக குறிப்பிட்டார்.
இந்தியாவின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் இருந்து சத்தீஸ்கரில் கூடியுள்ள இளைஞர்கள், பன்முகத்தன்மை கொண்டவர்களாக இருந்தாலும், தாய்நாட்டுக்கு சேவை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதில் ஒன்றுபட்டு நிற்கிறார்கள் என்று பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். இந்த ஒற்றுமை ஒரு காலத்தில் இந்தியாவுக்கு சுதந்திரம் பெற்றுத் தந்தது. இன்று இந்தியாவை பல்வேறு உயரங்களுக்கு இட்டுச் செல்கிறது என்றார் பிரதமர். இந்தியாவின் 125 கோடி மக்களும், இந்தியாவை புதிய உயரத்துக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்பதில் உறுதியாக உள்ளார்கள் என்றார் பிரதமர். ஏராளமான இளைஞர்களைக் கொண்டுள்ள இந்தியா, எல்லையில்லா இலக்குகளை நிர்ணயித்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்றார். கடந்தகாலத்தைப் பற்றி கவலைப்படாமல், எதிர்கால இலக்குகளை நோக்கி பயணிப்பவரே இளைஞர் என்றார் பிரதமர்.
ஒற்றுமை மற்றும் நல்லிணக்கத்தின் அவசியத்தை உணர்த்திய பிரதமர், அமைதி, ஒற்றுமை, நல்லிணக்கம் இல்லாமல் வளர்ச்சி சாத்தியமில்லை என்று கூறினார். நாம் எவ்வளவு வளர்ச்சியடைந்தாலும், அமைதியே நமது முக்கிய தேவை என்று குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர், பன்முகத்தன்மை கொண்ட நாடான இந்தியா ஒற்றுமையாக இருப்பதன் மூலம் உலகத்துக்கு தன்னை நிரூபித்துக் கொண்டுள்ளது என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டார். வேதம் முதல் விவேகானந்தர் வரை, உபனிஷதம் முதல் உபக்ரா வரை, இதுவே நமது முன்னோர்களின் பாரம்பரியம் என்றார் பிரதமர்.
இந்நூற்றாண்டை இந்திய நூற்றாண்டாக மாற்ற, இளைஞர்களுக்கு திறனை வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றார் பிரதமர். நக்சல் பிரச்சினைளைத் தாண்டி, இளைஞர்களுக்கு வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கிய சத்திஸ்கர் அரசாங்கத்துக்கு பாராட்டு தெரிவித்தார் பிரதமர்.
தொழிலாளர்களின் கவுரவம் பாதுகாக்கப்பட வேண்டும். அது மக்களிடையே பதிய வைக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றார் பிரதமர். இந்திய கிராமங்களை மாற்றுவதும், ஏழைகளின் வாழ்வை மாற்றுவதுமே, வளர்ச்சியின் நோக்கமாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்றார். ஜனவரி 16 அன்று தில்லியில் நடக்க உள்ள “எழுந்து நில்” நிகழ்ச்சியில் இளைஞர்கள் பங்கேற்க வேண்டும் என்றார் பிரதமர். மகாத்மா காந்தியின் 150வது பிறந்த ஆண்டான 2019 மற்றும் இந்திய சுதந்திரத்தின் 75வது ஆண்டான 2022 ஆகியவற்றுக்காக வலிமையான இலக்குகளை நிர்ணயிக்க வேண்டும் என்றார் பிரதமர்.
