சண்டிகர் விமான நிலையத்தில் பயணிகளுக்கான புதிய விமான முனையத்தை பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று துவக்கி வைத்தார்.
சண்டிகரில் உள்ள மருத்துவக் கல்வி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சிக்கான முதுநிலை பட்டப்படிப்பு நிறுவனத்தின் (பி.ஜி.ஐ.எம்.இ.ஆர்) 34வது பட்டமளிப்பு விழாவில் பிரதமர் கலந்துக் கொண்டு உரையாடினார். அப்போது 1893 செப்டம்பர் 11 அன்று சிகாகோவில் நடைபெற்ற மதங்களுக்கான உலக நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் சுவாமி விவேகானந்தரின் உரையை பிரதமர் நினைவுக் கூறினார். சுவாமி விவேகானந்தாவின் உரையின் மனித நேயத்திற்கான செய்தியை உலகம் நினைவுக் கூர்ந்திருந்தால், 9/11 வன்முறை தாக்குதல் நடைபெற்றிருக்காது.
அருகில் இருக்கும் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் இருந்து குழந்தைகள் இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்றதை கவனித்த பிரதமர், இக்குழந்தைகளே இந்நிகழ்ச்சியின் உண்மையான விருந்தினர்கள் என்று தெரிவித்தார். இந்நிகழ்ச்சி அவர்களுக்கு ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில் அமையும் என்று தான் நம்புவதாக பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.
இவ்விழாவில் பட்டம்பெறும் மாணவர்கள் இது தங்கள் கல்வியின் முடிவை குறிக்கக் கூடாது என்று பிரதமர் மாணவர்களுக்கு நினைவூட்டினார். புத்தக உலகில் இருந்து உண்மையான உலகிற்கு மாணவர்கள் வரும் நிகழ்ச்சியாக இது அமைகிறது என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.
இன்று வெற்றிகரமாக மருத்துவர்களாக மாறியுள்ள மாணவர்கள் அவர்களின் சொந்த முயற்சியால் மட்டும் இந்த வெற்றியை அடைய வில்லை. இவர்களின் நலனுக்காக சமூகத்தில் உள்ள பல்வேறு மனிதர்களின் பங்களிப்பும் இதில் அடங்கியுள்ளது என்று பிரதமர் கூறினார். உங்களின் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு அடியிலும் இந்நாட்டின் ஏழை மக்களை உங்கள் மனதில் நினைவு கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று பிரதமர் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.
புனிதமான சுகாதாரத் துறையில் உள்ள உலக போக்கு குறித்து பிரதமர் பேசினார். பட்டம்பெறும் மாணவர்கள் நோயாளிகளின் நோயை தீர்ப்பது மட்டுமின்றி அவர்களுடன் நல்ல உறவை அமைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று பிரதமர் கூறினார். சிறந்த மாணவர்களுக்கு அவர் தங்கப் பதக்கங்களை வழங்கினார்.
சண்டிகரில் புதிய வீட்டு வசதி திட்டத்தை துவக்கி வைத்த பிரதமர் செக்டார் 25ல் நடைபெற்ற பொது கூட்டத்தில் உரையாடினார். அப்போது மேடையில் முன்னாள் இராணுவ வீரர்கள் அவரை கவுரவித்தனர். இப்பகுதியில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு குடும்பமும் நாட்டின் “பாதுகாப்பு கவசமாக” உள்ளனர். ஏனென்றால் இப்பகுதியில் அதிகபட்சமான மக்கள் இராணுவ படையுடன் இணைந்துள்ளனர். மத்திய அரசு தான் அளித்த வாக்குறுதியின்படி “ஒரே பதவி, ஒரே ஓய்வூதியம்” என்ற திட்டத்தை இராணுவ படையினருக்காக அமலாக்கம் செய்துள்ளது. இதற்கான புகழ் ஏழை மக்களுக்கும் இந்தியாவின் பொது மக்களுக்குமே போய் சேரும்.
நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் சமீபத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட இடையூறு குறித்து கவலை தெரிவித்த பிரதமர், நாடாளுமன்றத்தின் செயல்பாடு குறித்த முக்கியத்துவம் மற்றும் குடியரசில் அதன் பங்கையும் குறித்து பெரிய அளவில் விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்று பிரதமர் கூறினார். அனைத்து பிரச்சினைகளுக்கும் நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் விவாதம் நடைப்பெற வேண்டும். ஆனால், அதன் செயல்பாட்டில் எந்த இடையூறும் இருக்கக் கூடாது. மக்களவையில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள முடக்கம் மக்கள் மன்றத்தில் பிரச்சினைகளை எழுப்ப என்னை வற்புறுத்தி உள்ளது என்று குறிப்பிட்டார்.
சண்டிகர் வீட்டு வசதி வாரியத்தின் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப தளங்களை பிரதமர் மக்களுக்காக இன்று துவக்கி வைத்தார். அரசின் நிர்வாகத்தில் இது போன்ற தொழில் நுட்பம் மக்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கும் வகையில் இருக்கும். 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்தியா தனது 75வது சுதந்திர தினத்தை கொண்டாடும் தருணத்தில் இந்திய மக்களுக்கான ஒரு தொலை நோக்கு பார்வை எனக்கு உள்ளது. அது ஒவ்வொரு மனிதரும் வாழ ஒரு வீடு வேண்டும் என்பதே. இதனை நிஜமாக்க மத்திய அரசு செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.
