భారత ప్రధానమంత్రికి ఇండోనేషియా అత్యున్నత పౌర పురస్కారమైన ‘బింటాంగ్ ఆదిపూర్ణ ఆఫ్ ది రిపబ్లిక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండోనేషియా’ గౌరవ పురస్కారాన్ని ఆ దేశ అధ్యక్షుడు శ్రీ ప్రబోవో సుబియాంటో నేడు ప్రదానం చేశారు. ఈ అవార్డు ఇండోనేషియాలోనే అత్యంత ప్రతిష్టాత్మకమైన, అత్యున్నతమైన పౌర పురస్కారం కావడం విశేషం. భారత్-ఇండోనేషియా ద్వైపాక్షిక సంబంధాలను బలోపేతం చేయడంలో ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ చూపిన అద్భుతమైన నాయకత్వానికి, ఆయన అందించిన విశేషమైన సహకారానికి గుర్తింపుగా ఈ అత్యున్నత గౌరవాన్ని అందజేశారు. ఈ అవార్డును భారత్, ఇండోనేషియా దేశాల ప్రజలకు, ఉభయ దేశాల మధ్య చిరకాలంగా కొనసాగుతున్న చారిత్రక, సాంస్కృతిక సంబంధాలకు అంకితం ఇస్తున్నట్లు ప్రధానమంత్రి ప్రకటించారు.
